# How these reviews are sourced

Every review on this site comes from one place: the Loox review app on colorfulvinyl.com. This page lists exactly what is published, what is removed, and why.

## Where the reviews come from

Loox asks buyers to review an order after it arrives, and marks reviews it can match to a purchase. Colorful Vinyl exports those reviews from Loox and publishes them here. The current data is the export of July 2, 2026.

## What is published

- All 59 reviews with an active status in Loox, including all 6 under five stars.
- The review text exactly as written, spelling included.
- The reviewer’s display name as Loox shows it, plus the date, the star rating and the product.
- The verified purchase and incentivized flags from Loox.
- Public replies from Colorful Vinyl, where the shop left one (2 so far).

## What is left out

- One review rejected in Loox before the export.
- Email addresses, order numbers, full names and other private details. The import script also blanks out any email address, phone number or link typed into a review.
- Customer photos. They stay on colorfulvinyl.com.

## What the labels mean

- **Verified purchase:** Loox matched the review to an order on colorfulvinyl.com.
- **Incentivized review:** Loox recorded that the buyer was offered an incentive for leaving a review.
- **Reply from Colorful Vinyl:** A public reply the shop posted to the review in Loox.

## One source, never blended

Colorful Vinyl also sells on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. Feedback from those platforms is not mixed into anything here. Every count on this site comes from Loox alone.

## Data for search engines and AI

This site doesn’t mark up its own rating as review stars, because search engines treat a business rating itself as self-serving. The reviews are published as plain data instead, free to read and cite: [JSON](https://colorfulvinylreviews.com/data/reviews.json), [Markdown](https://colorfulvinylreviews.com/reviews/index.md) and [llms.txt](https://colorfulvinylreviews.com/llms.txt).
